    Hi,

    What is the name of the file you would paste code into when you want to add an in-line form to a blog? Where is this file located?

    There is no such file.
    What form? For contact? Use a plugin, there are a few of them.

    Otherwise, create a custom Page template and paste your code there. Then create a new Page using that template.
