File missing, but it is there

    After installing WP Super Cache I get this error:
    “Error: Sample WP-Cache config file (wp-cache-config-sample.php) does not exist.Verify you installation.

    Cannot continue… fix previous problems and retry.”

    but the file exists.
    I re-installed twice, cleared my browser cache and still this error persists.
    how can I fix this?
