File download limit is not working for me

    before v.1.7.2 file download limit did not work, and now(v1.7.2) it’s not working; no matters the number limit(I tryed from 1 to 200..), always show ‘

    …you have hit your download limit for this file

    ‘. I’m only using free downloads, no payment method involved here.

    update: tried with number limit bigger than total amount of downloads, and it works, but I can download the file unlimited times..(but I think it’s not the desired function, don’t you?)
