I receive the following file change warnings, can anyone tell me what they mean? Are they just the security system keeping a log of errors, block outs and/or hacking attempts? If not what would I do to fix?

I guess you have the file changes monitor feature active.

That feature notifies you everytime it detects a change in your files, but it's up to you to determine if the change it's ok or not.

All files you posted above seems to be only text files, check them for the content, should be only text no code.

If you, for example, upgrade your plugins or WP core, the file change monitor will alert you about the changes in the files upgraded. But in this case it only means that you upgrade something...

Maybe you should contact your hosting support about the hacking or hire someone to clean your WordPress.
