File Change Alerts on plugin / core updates.

    Updating WP plugins / themes/ core triggers a File Change Alert – it would be useful to at least include in the log the event of manual (or automatic core) updates so webmaster would know to worry less 🙂
    That’s if it’s not feasible to skip the alerts triggered by updates altogether.
