First off, it’s very slow in selecting files/folders. Not sure why, this should only run on client side. Not that it matters now, I selected my folders, so it’s more for new users 🙂

Second, it was very confusing for me to know which folders were selected and which were not. The “×” seems obvious, (though it can also mean “check”) but then I also wasn’t sure about the blank fields. If these had a green check mark, that’d be much better.

The way I’d do it is to dim the unselected ones, and bold the other ones, plus put a green check mark.

    Just my 2 cents.
    All best

It can be slow because it needs to do some smarts on the server side to work out what files or folders are excluded and what ones are partial.

    Its a pretty simple system:

    1. A cross on a file or folder means it is excluded from the backup
    2. A dot on a folder means that something within it is excluded from the backup
    3. None of the above means it is included. This is the default.

    Cheers,
    Mikey
