Before I had wordpress installed for my site, I kept files in my public_html folder. Now if I try to access them online, I get the 404 "Fancy meeting you here" page. Do I have to move these somewhere else to be accessed?

What files are you trying to access?

It's a folder that I keep logos on. You used to be able to go to mysite.com/logofolder and it would list the files in that folder.

Is WordPress installed in the root domain?

Then that's your answer. If you try to navigate to http://mysite.com/logofolder, WordPress will attempt to find a matching Post or Page and come up with a 404. You need to either navigate to a specific image file or add an index.html file to the folder and use http://mysite.com/logofolder/index.html

You really shouldn't be allowing any directory indexing on the domain. It's a potential security issue.
