figures at end of permalinks (1 post)

    Hi
    I have a problem with my permalinks that I think it has occured after upgrading to 3.3, maybe not. WP add some figures like these (#.TvrTetSOC5I) at the end of my single post's permalink ,for example:
    It must be => http://www.qahvegardi.com/blog/post
    But changes to => http://www.qahvegardi.com/blog/post/#.TvrTetSOC5I
    please guide me to remove those undemanded figures
