  • Details, please. What page are you on? What are the steps you’re taking? What do you expect to happen? What happens instead?

If you’re using a plugin, have you checked its compatibility in your version of WordPress in the plugins directory?

Installed the plugin, Add a new form (you can edit the title)
Add a text field (there is an edit link)
    Hit edit does nothing.
Same for all other field types.

Have you checked its compatibility in your version of WordPress in the plugins directory? While you’re at it, you could check any other plugins you’re using. The issue may be caused by conflicts among two or more plugins.

That is probably a conflict with another plugin, it sounds like the javascript in the editor is not working. I would do the same thing likethegoddess recommended, disable other plugins until you find the culprit. You could also try other web browsers, there is currently an issue with IE9.

Ok, thanks. I think I agree with you regarding the plug-in conflict. My client is plug-in happy!

Btw, if you figure out which plugin causes a conflict I might be able to fix it, though not always.
