    Hi,
I have just updated to 1.5 and I notice that when I open the payment form, non of the textarea fields are populated with the exception of the icons. I am not a coder. Could you please tell me how to populate those fields with the pertinent information?

    Hi there,

Which browser is this in? There should be placeholder values next to the names, like “Name”, “Email”, etc…

Before this plugin update, I had those “Name”, “Email” etc’ inside each of the fields, but not anymore.
The browsers I tried are Firefox 28.0, Safari 5.1.10, Chrome 34.0.1847.116 and Opera 12.11.

Can you go to your WP Stripe settings and set this to “Yes” -> Enable Payment Form Placeholders?

It is set to ‘Yes’ and has been previously. The only parameters in the settings form set to ‘No’, are ‘Enable Recent Widget?’, ‘Enable Test API Environment?’ and ‘Enable SSL for modal pop-up?’.

    Hmm. Very interesting.
I changed ‘Enable Payment Form Placeholders?’ to ‘No’.
Once I did, the labels appeared above each textarea.
    (See screenshot http://odedbenami.com/Screen_shot_settings_is_NO.png ).
I then changed ‘Enable Payment Form Placeholders?’ to ‘Yes’ and then the labels appeared BOTH inside and above the text area. (Second screenshot http://odedbenami.com/Screen_shot_settings_is_YES.png ).
From my end the problem is solved.
    Thank you.

Weird, might have been a caching issue. Glad you got it sorted!

I do not think it is a caching issue. I have no caching plugin installed or ever used. I have same behavior. I believe it is a plugin issue after upgrade to version 1.5.
