Ffinding the right theme

Can someone recommend a place that I can get help finding the right theme for my website? I don’t have time to surf through pages of stuff to do it, and I will need help with modifications too I’m sure. Where are popular destinations for this sort of service? I essentially need a variety of themes to choose from, and someone available to answer my questions on hot to do modifications promptly (or do them for me).
