Few issues... (5 posts)

    Hi,

Firstly, thanks for such an awesome WP template.

I'm having a few issues (complete novice, so please be kind...).

    1) How do I remove/edit the transparency over the circles/posts? (E.g. they're too dim to view when you first visit the website)

    2) I have downloaded various widgets. For example, i'd like to have my twitter feed running down the right hand side of the page. I have tried to 'activate' and move the twitter widget onto the 'sidebar' menu, but to no avail.

I'd appreciate any assistance. Thanks again!

I have been able to get the Twitter feed to appear in the footer but not on the side. It would be great to have an option to make the footer stay open, rather than visitors having to click the + sign as it is too faint to really see.

    1) You can change the opacity of the circles and other elements of the theme using the guide here:
    http://wordpress.org/support/topic/how-to-remove-transparency-from-headertagline-and-menu-and-circles?replies=4#post-3715634

    2) Spun includes a section for widgets in the footer, no traditional blog sidebar. You can add a sidebar and position it how you like using the guide here:

    Hi Caroline,

In your guide to adding/repositioning the sidebar you mention using CSS to take an existing footer sidebar and moving it to a different location; I was wondering just how easy this would be for someone with little CSS nous?

Hope this isn't construed as a thread-jack as it does follow on from perkinwarbeck's original q :)
