few aesthetic questions

    i’d like to accomplish two things with this thread.
    1) removing the word “Home” from my menu bar
    2) fixing the size of my footer.

    i’m using the ice cap theme.

    in the past, i think i added something to the stylesheet that got rid of the “Home” option, but then something was updated and i lost whatever “custom” work i had done.
    that’s what i get for not learning/making a child theme…or whatever it’s called.

    the footer, i can’t figure out.
    i’ve tried looking at the editor section > footer…there isn’t a whole lot in there.

    i’ve tried looking at the stylesheet as well.
    any insight?

    today, i tried deleting the current donation button and remaking it.
    it appears that this isn’t necessarily a wordpress issue, but rather a paypal button issue…
    there are other people having the same issue with their button.

    i was able to come to this conclusion by adding an image that wasn’t a donation button by paypal…the footer had the correct height. i will look more into this issue.

    as for the “Home” option in the menu.
    does anyone know how to remove that?
