feedwordpress doesn't appear to be pulling in the images associated with a rss feed.
Questions:
1) Any way to fix this? How can I get the thumbnail I tried a few plugins and it didn't seem to have an implact
2) Once I get the image (#1 from above), how do I get it as the "featured image" for the blog post.
I had to de-activate my feature image functionality because I can't find a way around this limitation. Help greatly appreciated!

Having kind of same trouble. Feed I am pulling doesn't have any images but I would like to be able to automatically set a featured image for new posts. I have a selection of images I use and I would be happy to juat pick a random one out of those images. Best I have is a small snippet of php that will generate a random image out of a folder of images. Just cant seem to get it to set it as a featured image when a new post is generated...hmmm
