    Hello xxxhoop,

We have released a new version 2.3.7. Can you try installing it if you haven’t already and let us know if you’re still seeing the fetching issues you reported above? Thanks!

    – GrabPress Support

Hello, I am having the same issue. I downloaded the new version, 2.3.7 and the feeds only fetched the first time I set it up. I have 7 feeds running to pull in 5 videos every 6 hours. It has been running the last 48 hours and only 5 videos total have pulled.

    Hello achen0102.

Although I can’t look into your feeds until you send us your domain, we know that if you’re getting any posts at all, then there is no issue with your Autoposter connector (this connects your GrabPress plugin to our backend services and video catalog).

Once we get your domain, we can check to see if you might have any feed errors or redundancy in your feed search criteria. The Autoposter feature of GrabPress is designed to avoid duplicate video posts, which can happen if two feeds have redundant search criteria.

Since your connector works, the most likely reason you’re not getting the max number of posts is because your feed search criteria is too narrow. The number of posts (max 5) a feed gets depends on how many videos (that match your search criteria) have been added to our video catalog during each feed cycle (in your case, 6 hrs).

You’re more likely to get more video posts if you use fewer keywords and more video categories and Content Providers (CPs). For example, some CPs add dozens of videos each day, often several times throughout the day – and others CPs add videos to our catalog less frequently. If you add too many keywords, or if you select only one or two CPs, then you’re not as likely to get the max videos per feed cycle.

We suggest broadening the search criteria for your feeds, and making sure that your various feeds don’t overlap too much in their search definitions. If you’re worried that broader video search criteria may not be always deliver the exact content you want, you can always set your feeds to post to your drafts folder, and publish or delete the posts to match your editorial needs.

Please let us know if this answers your question. If not, feel free to send your domain, and we’ll look further into it. You can also send the information to support@grab-media.com if you want to keep your contact information private (please reference the link to this thread in the email). Thanks.
