Feedburner Trouble

Hi, I’m new to blogging, so apologies if this isn’t a theme problem, but I’m trying to get Feedburner working within Hueman. I get the error that email subscriptions are not enabled, but I have done that in the Publicize section of the FB settings and if I paste their suggested code into its own WP page it works. I just can’t get it to work through the theme settings which creates the Follow popup in the bottom right of the site.

I guess I’m not sure if I have the form of the url correct. I’ve tried:
