i am trying to install feedburner on my self hosted wp blog but it is asking me to paste a file in my default plugin directory...does anybody know where it is in the admin section?

i am trying to install feedburner on my self hosted wp blog but it is asking me to paste a file in my default plugin directory...does anybody know where it is in the admin section?
plugins directory should be in wp-content folder (/wp-content/plugins).
