Feedburner can’t find a feed from my blog
-
I started a new blog and feedburner says that it can not find a feed from my blog. The first entry in my header is:
<!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC “-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.0 Transitional//EN” “http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml1/DTD/xhtml1-transitional.dtd”>
<html xmlns=”http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml” dir=”ltr” lang=”en-US”>Doesn’t that create a feed? Is there any reason why they aren’t getting a feed from my site? The message Feedburner is giving me is:
The URL does not appear to reference a valid XML file. We encountered the following problem: Unknown feed format encountered (The root element is [Element: <html [Namespace: http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml%5D/>%5D)
Any ideas? Thanks for your help
