   I set up a message on my blog for people who are using adblock, asking them to consider turning it off for my site. I really just wanted to get some feedback on that - Will this message offend/upset or otherwise aggravate users?

   I realize that this is a prickly issue, so I don't want to get into a debate about the ethics of adblocking software, just opinions on how I handle it on my site, thanks-

   It would aggravate me. Any site that wants me to change my browser's configuration/setup to suit its demands is unlikely to be visited again.
