Feed WordPress categories do not import

Hi I’m using FeedWordpress and have had the problem, as have many others, that things stopped working properly. I’ve mostly got things back working except for two issues.
The first one is, my tags that were importing previously, are no longer importing. I have no idea where to look to fix or change it.
The second one is that I’m constantly getting duplicate posts, even after installing the FeedWordPress Duplicate Post Filter.

I’ve disabled all plugins, updated the site to 2.8.4, does anyone have any other suggestions?
I’ve tried all the different feed plugins and FeedWordpress really is the best one, if I could just get these few things fixed.
