Hello,
During the last days my posts are not getting updated in google reader and others.
If I look at the feeds I see the last post it's something written 5 days back and newer posts are not visible any longer. Same happens with comments feed.

Anybody has an idea what is happening?

Have you tried:
- deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).
- switching to the Twenty Ten theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.
- resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.

Finally it worked! I realised that the sitemap was not working. I manually updated, refresh, clear cache and all pending posts started to feed into greaders and the rest! :)
