Hi,
I am new to WP.
Problem:
Many people have messaged me saying they cannot subscribe to my feed. Another percentage of people have said they are having no problems at all subscribing. I find this very odd indeed.
I have been able to subscribe to my feed at it appears quite happily in my google reader as --> http://www.sarahketleyauthor.com/feed/
I don't know much about feeds.
I have burnt the feed through feedburner.(I assume.)
People have been able to sign up for the email versions of my feed. Through the link i put on my blog.
Can anyone shed any light on where my problem might be?
Is it when i burnt to feed burner that i did it wrong, or have i got the wrong feed address in the blog links?

domain is a sub-domain to another (just incase that is a problem)

Your feed has an error. Try:
- deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).
- resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.

how do i know which one is causing the problem as i can sign up to the feed just fine and so can other people? is there some way to check?

See the error report. It references linkytools.

Ahhh
excuse my stupidity, but error report?? Sorry how do i get to that.
Linky tools isn't a plugin, could that still be the problem??

Ah, just seen that it links.
However these problems were occurring before that linkytools was installed so it can't be that. (Or not all of it anyway)
anything else pop into your mind?
