Feed from Widget

I designed a site for a church. Through a contact form people can submit “prayer” requests basically. Then someone posts them to the sidebar widget. I want to do two things if possible- but am having trouble figuring out how. If anyone has any ideas on a plugin or if i’m going to have to create one- I’d love to hear it.

Things I want to do:

1. Have the “prayer requests” auto post after they are submitted (Captcha needed obviously)

2. Have a subscribe button so people can get newly posted “prayer requests” by e-mail.
