Hey everyone,
How can I make my feed have a friendly name instead of the URL?
I know the URL is for linking, but looking at some BBC feeds, they have friendly names like:
BBC News | Business | Economy | UK Edition
where as mine has the full URL instead, how can I change my feed to have a friendly feed name???
... What name are you referring to? I don't really understand the question.
Give a link to the problem feed and a link to the feed you see this "friendly" name on, so we can understand what you're talking about.

Here is the feed I have, it is still in test mode:
http://www.pfs-ifa.co.uk/resources/wordpress/feed/
My feed keeps the URL
here is a feed from the BBC
http://newsrss.bbc.co.uk/rss/newsonline_uk_edition/business/economy/rss.xml
this feed looks like: BBC News | Business | Economy | UK Edition
No, the feed doesn't "look" like that. They just know how to create/use a HTML link (anchor tag, oficially).
There is link URL and there is link text.

so where can I change this in wordpress???
Oh, no, I see what he's talking about. Look at the "Title" tag.
In WordPress, give the blog a real text name on the Settings->General screen. You cannot leave those fields blank.

I always tested this with the default theme, and this always showed up on the blue banner, but so glad it is not on the theme.
