Features removed in free version, multisite?

    Hi,
    I have implemented W3 Total cache on a multisite installation, where each installation has a different theme.

    Before, I could modify settings per site, so I could have different mobile themes too (useragent redirect).

    It worked fine, but suddenly I can only manage W3 Total cache from the main site “index”, which means that all the sites suddenly used the theme from one of them.

    For now I have installed a theme switcher and I had to disable the page-cache. Still using browser cache though.

    My question: is this a bug after an update, or did you remove the configuration settings on a “per site” basis?
