Well Dear, I think you should start using Google XML Sitemap Generator for your blog as this plugin works very well and not that much sophisticated. Although, i don’t understand your need of inserting these non-compulsory meta tags, i don’t think that you should need them for the benefit of your blog.
A simple SEO plugin such as All in One SEO or Yoast’s Plugin is enough for a simple blog.
Thanks for the tip on google XML, i will use that. Just that previously my sitemap was generated from this plug in just fine.
It isn’t a simple blog, it is company website, i normally just do content, however I am trying to up the SEO and haven’t done much SEO work before and it has been reccomened that I use those features.
@laurenwilson: Hello,
Before a specific type of meta tags is understood by another software or service, that software/service needs to support this specific type of meta tags. In this case SEO Quake might just not support Microformats and Dublin Core and that’s why they are not recognized.
I downloaded this plugin predominantly for the use of Micro Formats and Dublin Core, […]
Dublin Core is not essential for your web site’s regular SEO. Dublin Core meta tags might be used by some note taking software or specialized web archivers. Only enable it, if you need it. Otherwise, it is not going to help your web site SEO-wise.
On the other hand, Microformats consists of special markup that is probably hard-coded into your theme. Add-Meta-Tags does not add it.

@abhinavkumar: Hey there, these forums are for providing free support for the Add-Meta-Tags plugin. If you intend to continue advertising other seo plugins in these forums, you should know that we do not need you here. Thanks! 😉
Also, since this topic has nothing to do with Add-Meta-Tags, I’m marking it as resolved.
Kind Regards,
George
