If I understand you right, you would like to add watermark below the image by changing the resulting image dimensions? This is possibile but I see a few potential isues…
And the gif’s which “play” – do you mean the animated gifs with many frames? Didn’t test it, I’m not sure if it could be done in php to change animated gifs.
Please write to my email to talk about your needs, possibilities and costs.
Regards

I supposed changing the image dimension would be a way of doing it.
“Watermark my image plugin” places a watermark underneath the original image. Maybe you can see how he did it.
This is how I want the image to look after the watermark has been applied.

Here is that plugin url so you can check it out

As for the gif files, I meant animated gift with many frames.
Examples:
No watermark gif file:

becomes
Watermark gif file:
http://worldwtf.com/images/kombatwatermark.gif
I found this url that explains how to add watermark on gif animation. Maybe it will help you with the code.

Also, Where can I find your email?
Thanks for the examples, I think I understand what you need.
About the last link you gave – in this topis they are talking about ImageMagic software, which is not available by default on most php servers. EasyWatermark works with GD extension (built-in image manipulation tool in php servers) which is less functional and can’t deal with animated gifs. However I’ve already found a different way of doing it, didn’t play with the code yet but I belive it could be done.
You can find my email on the plugin’s settings page, or here:

I will email you so we can talk about the cost and if you will be able to add all those features to the plugin.
-watermark under the image (jpg, png, jpeg)
-watermark under animated gif file with many frames.
-the setting should allow us to choose whether we want a text or image watermark under the image.

Hello friend,
I hope everything is going well. I haven’t heard from you. Please let me know if you have any updates on the requested features.
Hi yflor3, I was wondering if you have plans to add this feature (text or watermark below the images) in any future release of the plugin?
Actually, I could see there are plenty of websites that are currently displaying the photo information below the image (for some post sizes). For instance, Shutterstock, 123rf or Dreamstime add picture information below the image plus a watermark.
