featured images not showing on Appliance theme

Hi,
I have looked everywhere and i can’t work out how to get my images to feature on my Appliance theme. Web page is http://goulburndating.com.au I have set the front page to view posts and uploaded photos to the featured images however it the photo just comes when you click on the page- see the test one. http://goulburndating.com.au/2013/01/31/288/
Any ideas would be great.
