SegsoxHi, I am relatively new to WordPress and I have uploaded a theme which unfortunately came with no documentation without subscription which I didn't realise at the time. I have done my best to muddle through and am working it out but there is one stumbling block.
The website is http://www.segsox.com, the featured images need to be 445 x 280 [width x height] to fit into my theme and I have adjusted this so picture big enough are scaled to this on upload via the settings>media tab.
Despite this the images are being resized which is perfect but they are having their heads cut off. (like the "who wore it best mid page)I have attempted numerous workarounds and fixes including disabling plugins, cropping images (does not work, lets you highlight and crop when you get to the selected size above and crops and saves but nothing happens to the thumbnail image)
I have attempted to look at the HTML coding sheet but I have no idea where something like this would be.
Sorry for the long post I just wanted to reassure you all that I have tried all I could and I can see others are having the same problem.
Any advice would be brilliant
