* I use featured images for posts (because later they should participate in a customized post-grid-template)
* I have posts with lots of pictures included rather than text.
* I use my twenty twelve child theme, so no worries ;)

THE DISLIKED CONDITIONS:
Whenever posts get listed (be it on my homepage or when displaying a category's content) everything but the excerpt is displayed. so I see the featured image, the post-title and the entire post.
When seeing one single post, again everything including the featured image is shown.
THE DESIRED APPEARANCE:
* Whenever posts are listed the only thing I wanna see per post is: Featured image, post-title (and maybe the excerpt). ça suffit.
* When I see a single post I'd like to see everything BUT the featured image and the excerpt.
Which php's must I mess with in which way?
help, anyone?!
