Featured Image Thumbs Not Sized Properly

The only size displaying on my blog-excerpt.php is the full size. I’ve tried to debug what’s going on, but the bottom line is that post-thumbnail is not the 150×150 version that should be displaying. I downloaded regenerate-thumbnails but it’s not helping. I can see the image size in the uploads dir from my media library so the files are there.

I’m pretty stuck. I’m using jpg’s. I have the latest update from responsive theme.
