I created a child theme of Twenty Thirteen. I accidentally changed something in the CSS that is causing the featured image to not resize proportionately.

Here is what it looks like: http://governmentsocialmedia.com/bootcamp/
The featured image on this page is blown up and cut off on the sides. The container still shrinks responsively, but I can’t figure out why the full image isn’t fitting.

Can someone please take a look at my CSS and see what the conflict is?

  • Try using Firefox with the Firebug add-on for this kind of CSS troubleshooting. Or use whatever developer tool is available in your web browser.

Esmi, I am using the Developer tool in Safari. I can’t figure it out, so that’s why I’m hoping someone else can help.

I figured it out – it was nothing I did in the CSS. It was the WordPress Jetpack feature called Photon. I activated it yesterday because it said it would host images from WordPress.com’s delivery network. I just deactivated Photon and the Featured Image is working as normal. Thanks.
