    Hello i have a issue with my featured image on my page, http://www.museofmusic.co.uk they are all different sizes, but before they were all the same size, but it happened when someone installed a plugin for me called classified ads, he said he put it behind the menu, i was wondering if anyone could help me with my problem, i really need some help so i can pick this blog up, i really just want to post, thank you

    p.s i also wanted to know why every post i post comes onto my homepage as well as the designated page i wanted it to show on the page4 i showed, the homepage is just for article posts.
