featured content gallery in IE

I have the featured content gallery plugin. It works great in all browsers except for internet explorer.

Any ideas?

I deleted and reinstalled it. I deactivated all plugins except for the gallery. Might it have something to do with the z-index attribute in the css for the gallery? I found that IE has a difficult time interpreting the z-index.
