Feature suggestions for Redirection

Hi, I have a couple of feature requests for this plugin:

1) It would be great to be able to disable a redirection rule, without having to totally delete it, as is currently necessary. Eg. there could be a “disable” link next to the “delete” link, which lets me disable the selected rules. This would be very useful when I want to disable one or two rules for testing purposes.

2) It would also be great to be able to export and import the redirection rules (all of them together, or even just individual ones), eg. to an XML file, so that I could easily import them into another WordPress site.
