Feature Request on Position of Twitter Text

Can you please add an option to position the twitter text AFTER the tweet content? Right now the “twitter text” goes before the Title of the post.

I (and I believe many folks, because this is how everyone do it on twitter) would love to have the final tweet this way: “Title of the Amazing Post: http://link-to-the-post via @username”
