    Hello guys.
I just noticed you are losing a great subject line in the automatic newsletter mode. You should allow to use a very great feature implemented in Feedburner, which is the post title + N more news.
Currently, you only support the [newsletter:total] shortcode, but it would be WONDERFUL if you add another one saying something like [newsletter:totalminusone]. That way, people can create subject lines like, in example:

    [newsletter:post_title] and [newsletter:totalminusone] more news

What do you think? That’s a very nice feature and everybody moving off from Feedburner to MailPoet will appreciate this implementation.

May you take this into consideration? Thanks in advance.

  • Hello Marcelo,

    Thanks for the suggestion!

We take it into consideration for sure, but right now we’re not in the process of adding new features, we’re cleaning up our code making sure we reinforce the foundations.

In that perspective, we want to avoid as much as possible adding new features to simplify our work.

    I hope you understand!

Sure, I understand. Just take note of this and don’t forget to implement the feature in the future 🙂
