Feature Request: Field for passing in 'offset'

    Great plugin! Suggestion: if the function fails, it just goes to a browser error page, and you have to go in and start all over again. I’ve been processing 700 posts 3 at a time which was tedious when a failure occurred. I realized the form passes an offset variable, which I could change in the inspector, then click the continue. It would be great to be able to enter an offset in a field, then click the process button.
