   I would found usefull have a system to be able to save (inside my wordpress.org account) my list of favorite plugins or themes...

   IN short, a system to mark and save favorites on the fly when u are surfing around the wordpress.org sections

   This already exists for plugins -- when you're on a plugin's page and you're logged in to your WordPress.org account, you'll see a "Favorite" heart in the plugin banner and a link to your favorites up in the top corner where your login/profile info lives.

   I hope we'll see the same for themes soon, it's just not there yet.
