Feature request: 2x new actions

Hi,

The two most common ways I deny new users are:

1) Delete the user, without denying – so that they don’t get emailed about the denial, and
2) Deny, then delete the user – so that they know they’ve been denied, but I don’t have unnecessary records in cluttering my wp_users table

Currently there are 2 actions that appear in the “Users Pending Approval” tab, “Approve” and “Deny”. Would it be possible to add 2 more to match the actions I’ve described above, “Delete”, and “Deny then delete”?

I don’t know whether anyone else would find these helpful or not…
