FB Comments Not showing with Facebook Comments for WordPress Plug-in

I have installed the Facebook Comments for WordPress Plug-in, followed all the instructions, and read all of the trouble-shooting. But I can’t get the comments posted on facebook for the blog posts to show up on my blog. I can leave a comment on my blog & post it to facebook, and it will show up on FB. And if I reply to that comment on facebook, it will show up. But it won’t show up if someone just leaves a comment on facebook. I have deactivated and tried commenting with all of my plug-ins, one at a time, and it didn’t matter. I have tried commenting on both my personal page & my fan page, and it didn’t work for wither. I have also put the code xmlns:fb=”http://www.facebook.com/2008/fbml” xmlns:og=”http://opengraphprotocol.org/schema/” into my header.php file in the html section, as suggested in one of the troubleshooting things. I have tried different browsers also, and I have deactivated any of the FB like & sharing plug-ins. Any ideas? Any help is appreciated.
