Favicon Problem

Hello to everyone.

I have a problem with the favicon of my wordpress.

I have uploaded to the server an image 16×16 and with the name favicon.ico.

The problem is that the favicon is only working when i am in control panel and NOT when i am in the front end of my wordpress blog.

I have clean the cookies and cache of my browser but no luck.

Does anyone know hat might be the problem?
