I updated my website to the new wordpress 3.4 today. It caused a total meltdown and I had to go back and deactivate all my plugins and then reactive one by one. Eventually the problem got fixed except for one. My Favicon is not working. Is anyone else having this problem? Before the obvious questions get asked. I've reinstalled the plugin, I even changed the favicon in bluehost. I've emptied my cache also. Pretty much any suggestion that is out there on the web I've done, but still my favicon is a blue orb. Does anyone know how to fix this.

Was your favicon set as a favicon.ico file in the root of your website, done via a plugin, or your theme?

well, that was embarrassing. I'll be honest, I didn't really understand you question but you mentioning my theme caused me to go back and check to see that in the update nothing had been lost. As it turns out the favicon was lost, All I had to do was upload it again. Thanks so much.
