What gives? I tried inserting the code that google found me, the code that goes in the header, didn't work. (Using Delicate by the way.) So a friend told me about All in one Favicon, so I downloaded and uploaded that. The single instruction was to upload the .ico file, which I did.
So why is the icon showing only in dashboard view? Halp!
