   I created a new favicon that replaced my old one, it only appears in Google Chrome and at the main site, not at the admin page, also, it does not appear in IE 11 Beta or in Firefox 4 Beta.

   things I tried:

   -Clearing caches.
   -favicon name is "favicon.ico" and is at the root page of my site.
   -favicon code in header.php is between wp head and <header>
