[resolved] Fault with Lightbox - Can’t remove (2 posts)

    Hi all,

I have recently installed a wordpress blog and I am loving it (http://www.meel.com.au). It is essentially a holiday blog, with lots of photos.

I went to implement a lightbox display for images, and tried a couple out. I eventually found one I like, and removed the rest, however, one seems to persist. It seems to have rewritten some code, so that it is buried in a tight association with all gallery displays.

Can anyone shed some light on this issue? Now I have the embarrassing problem that when a user clicks on the image, two lightboxs pop up,, one the desired, and the other (the uglier) the relic that I cannot seem to remove.

See a demo. Click one of the images. http://www.meel.com.au/2010/02/engineering-heaven/

    Thanks,

    -Adam

Well don’t get your nickers in a knot. I figured it out myself.

To elaborate, the theme I was using (Really great, advanced theme) unbeknown to me, had a simple (crappy) lightbox feature built in. Checking settings for the theme (under advanced) provided the option to remove it. Now wonder I couldn’t find it in plug ins!

The theme is mystique. Highly recommended.
