I upgraded my blog today and now I can't login because of an error with Postie. I tried to log in through MyPHP and delete my old tables and upload my backup from before I upgraded but I still can't login...I don't know how to get my blog back?

FTP into your site (or use whatever file management application your host provides) and delete the wp-content/plugins/postie. And restore your database back to 3.3.1.

Okay...but how do I open anything from FileZilla? I am in my FTP at my website but I have no idea how to do anything. I've never used FTP for anything, always worked directly in the dashboard! I keep searching for some sort of clever tutorial for the challenged like me and failing...?
