Fatal Error with Newsletter Add On

    Hi I downloaded V3.1.9 and the newsletter add on (as prompted) V2.0.4 and it created a fatal error.

    fatal error: Argument 1 passed to CFN_Collection::__construct() must be an instance of CTCTRequest, instance of CFN_CTCTRequest given, called in /httpdocs/wp-content/plugins/contact-form-newsletter/ctct_php_library/Collections.php on line 146 and defined in /httpdocs/wp-content/plugins/contact-form-newsletter/ctct_php_library/Collections.php on line 12
