   here is the actual error message:

   Fatal error: Call to undefined function wp_install() in /home/c/9/4/20752/20752/public_html/wp-admin/install.php on line 105

   I tried installing 2.7.1, along with a MySQL database, and activated PHP with my host (Hostway)

   I tried looking through the threads, as well as a search for similar errors, and found nothing. I tried pulling up line 105 in text editor, and actually tried entering the information myself & re-uploaded to server. no luck. so i reverted to the original file & tried again - nothing.

   please help!
