fatal error while update

i am currently using 3.2 in my sandbox and when i update it
i am getting this error
“Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded in C:\wamp\www\wpsand\wp-includes\class-http.php on line 900”

i have updated a different sandbox before but never got this error what to do?
